Chef Vedran Perojević opened the first Azur restaurant in 2010 in Zhuhai, China. Soon after he joined forces with his brother Darko and they started Azur Dubrovnik, introducing the fusion of Asian flavors and traditional Mediterranean cuisine, a concept recognized as “Mediterranean cuisine with an Asian twist”. The restaurant has gained many international praises from prestigious publications such as New York Times, Vogue, National Geographic, Michelin Guide, and many others. Azur is located in a peaceful alley and offers a fun dining experience with delectable dishes at affordable prices. Each dish is carefully crafted using only the freshest and finest local ingredients, with recipes inspired by their personal experiences and travels in Asia, USA, and Europe.
