Orsula Summer Festival: Urban & 4

Damir Urban is a Croatian singer, songwriter, and guitarist who began his music career as a teenager on the Rijeka rock scene. At 16, he founded the band La Bellona in 1984, where he played bass and wrote songs. In 1986, he formed Laufer, serving as the lead vocalist, primary lyricist, and co-composer. Laufer’s debut album, The Best of… (1993), featured hits like “Budi moja voda,” “Svijet za nas,” and “Lopov Jack,” all eagerly anticipated this summer at Orsula. In 1996, Urban released his first solo album, Otrovna kiša, recorded with friends under the name Urban & 4—a group he continues to perform with today.
