Pavle Zajcev made his conducting debut in 2011 with the Croatian Musical Youth String Orchestra in Grožnjan, serving as conductor and Artistic Director until 2014. During this time, he guest conducted several orchestras including the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra. He studied conducting at the Zagreb Academy of Music from 2017. Notable performances include conducting the Antiphonus Ensemble in 2018, Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker at the Croatian National Theatre in 2019, and the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra on Beethoven’s 250th anniversary.
