International Festival Of Opera Arias “Tino Pattiera” – Under The Brightness Of The Opera Stars

This event is organized and named in honor of the renowned opera singer, Tin Pattier, who was born in 1890 in Cavtat near Dubrovnik and passed away in 1966. Tino Pattier was a highly esteemed figure in the opera world during the first half of the 20th century. He held the esteemed position of champion at the Royal Saxon Palace Opera in Dresden and was a prominent member of the Berlin State Opera.

Pattiera’s unique tenor voice allowed him to bring to life the lyrical and dramatic essence of numerous famous opera compositions by composers such as Meyerbeer, Tchaikovsky, Moussorgsky, Verdi, Puccini, Wagner, Strauss, and many others. He also had the privilege of performing alongside internationally acclaimed singers on stages around the world. Some of his notable collaborators include Met Seinemyer, Elisabeth Rethberg, Irma Tewrvani, Nelen Torti, Helena Jung, Mini Nast, Anka Horvat, Fridrich Plaschke, Robert Burg, Fritz Volgestra, Richard Tauber, Max Hirzel, Paul Bochohemler, Kur Schoffler Mayer.
