Linđo Folklore Ensemble

Linđo is a traditional folk dance that has been an integral part of Dubrovnik’s cultural heritage for centuries. Originating in the rural areas Konavle and Primorje, Linđo has always been capturing the hearts of the locals which resulted in establishing the official Linđo Folklore Ensemble in in 1965. Linđo is characterised by its upbeat tempo, energetic movements, and the use of the lijerica, a traditional three-stringed instrument.
