Sasha Carassi, a Napoli-born DJ, producer, and composer, has a diverse electronic music style. Starting as a 15-year-old resident DJ at Dinamik in the early 90s, Sasha was influenced by House and Breakbeat. He released his first album in 2002, followed by successful singles. 2010 saw releases on major labels like Drumcode and Bedrock, establishing him in the darker, big-room genre. Sasha’s studio work is known for its visceral, atmospheric quality. His track “Picture” on Diynamic showcased a shift in musical direction. He avoids genre labels, preferring to freely express his emotions through music. Sasha founded the respected Techno label “Phobiq” in 2009, later launching “ILINX” to reflect his musical views. An avid vinyl collector since the late 80s, Sasha is respected in the electronic music scene for his skills and work ethic.
