The First Dubrovnik Vinyl DJ Festival

The inaugural Dubrovnik Vinyl DJ Festival marks the launch of a new music event dedicated to vinyl culture, turntable DJing, and the preservation and promotion of analog music heritage. The festival is held in celebration of the fifth anniversary of the Dubrovnik 33/45 Association—an active community of vinyl enthusiasts—as well as five years of its collaboration with Love Bar on monthly music programs.

Taking place over two days, Friday, December 19 and Saturday, December 20, Dubrovnik will become a regional hub of vinyl culture. The festival program includes performances by local and guest DJs, a vinyl record fair, and educational workshops. Entry is free, and activities begin daily at 4 PM.

Love Bar will host 14 DJs and selectors from Dubrovnik, along with special guest performers each evening. Guests include Leo Hekman (DJ D-Gree) from Split and Zagreb, a familiar name to Dubrovnik audiences, and Damir Murseljević (DJ FM Mirda) from Podgorica. The local lineup features Otpisanimator, DJ Slim, Liza, and members of the Dubrovnik 33/45 Association, including several debut performances such as that of Vila od Vinyla. All sets will be played exclusively on vinyl—7”, 12”, and LP formats—spanning genres from funk, soul, and rock to hip-hop, disco, house, pop, electro, jazz, and downtempo. The festival will also include a vinyl fair and a beginner DJ workshop.

Admission is free, and the program starts at 4 PM on both days and lasts until 2AM.
