Restaurant Forty four is a relatively new establishment, but it pretty quickly gained the reputation of a serious restaurant serving amazing food and wine. Croatian NBA player, Bojan Bogdanović, entrusted his chef cousin to run what must become a new best place in town. The vision of 44 is to only ever use the finest Adriatic ingredients, high quality fish, lobster, homegrown vegetables, herbs and spices, Dalmatian olive oil, homemade bread and pasta, exquisite local wines etc. But although it is relying on traditional Mediterranean dishes and pursuing the forgotten purity of food, Forty four is a very contemporary place, and that means that what you eat will be a new experience.
