You’ve read the news, seen the pictures, now it’s time for you to experience the finest dining that Dubrovnik has to offer: Restaurant 360 Dubrovnik.

360 Dubrovnik takes pride in owning a prestigious Michelin Star that crowns their exceptional quality and culinary artistry, as well as the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence which recognizes excellence in wine service and selection. This combination of food and wine expertise creates a dining experience that is truly unparalleled. So it comes as no surprise it’s been pronounced the best restaurant in Croatia.

The name “360 Dubrovnik” alludes to the restaurant’s stunning panoramic views of the Old Port, the Old Town and the City Walls. As you step onto the terrace, you’ll be greeted by the most amazing view in the world, which serves to enhance your gourmand journey through the magic that Chef Marijo Curić and general manager Rudi Papac have created together over the years.
Savouring perfection: our experience at 360 Dubrovnik
We’ll guide you through 360 Dubrovnik by describing our own extraordinary evening in this most renowned restaurant in the city.
As food enthusiasts, we always seek for the finest culinary experiences, and this place has been on our bucket list for quite some time. Situated within the City Walls occupying the space of Luka Fort that is overlooking the Old Port, this Michelin star restaurant offers a unique combination of phenomenal food, breath taking views, and outstanding service. We had the opportunity to dine at 360 mid-September and the experience surpassed all our expectations.
Being locals, we thought we knew everything there was to know about our stunning city. But after dining at 360 Dubrovnik, we were blown away by its beauty all over again. The view from the terrace is simply spectacular, showcasing Dubrovnik in all its glory.
When we visited the restaurant, with our friends from the US, we felt like VIPs from the moment we stepped inside. Every detail of the restaurant, from the seating process to the attentive staff, was designed to make us feel special. It was as if the whole place was there just for us.
The commitment to service was evident in every aspect of 360 Dubrovnik. The staff were attentive and catered to our every need throughout the evening. It was clear that the team behind the restaurant truly cared about providing an unforgettable experience for their guests.
The 360 tasting menu
Their tasting menu speaks volumes about 360 chef’s love for traditional Croatian cuisine and his creativity to blend it with modern gastronomy. Each dish is not only a feast for the palate but also for the eyes. The flavours and textures are so perfectly balanced that every bite tells a story. It’s not just about satisfying your hunger; it’s about experiencing a tale with every bite.
Every dish on the menu showcases the best of the region’s culinary heritage while pushing the limits of what fine dining can be. Chef Curić’s passion and creativity are evident in every aspect of his food, from the choice of ingredients to the presentation and flavours.
As soon as we took our seats at the table, we were greeted by a sensational welcome from the kitchen. The appetizers were a true work of art, each one carefully crafted with a unique blend of flavours that left us craving for more. The first appetizer that we indulged in was a creamy foie gras on a crisp biscuit, topped with a sweet and refreshing pear jelly. The combination of the rich, velvety texture of the foie gras with the fruity jelly was a match made in heaven.
Next up, we were presented with a souffle pillow filled with smoked eel foam cream. The light and airy texture of the souffle was the perfect vehicle to carry the smoky, savoury flavour of the eel cream.
The final appetizer was a playful take on the classic Oreo cookie. The black olive biscuits paired with tangy goat cheese and a subtle hint of honey was a combination we couldn’t get enough of.
To accompany the mouth-watering appetizers, we were served an assortment of small breads and delectable flavoured butters that were simply divine. It was an exceptional start to this culinary journey.
The first course that arrived was a cold appetizer, a red prawn carpaccio on a creamy cauliflower pannacotta, with thinly sliced crispy cauliflower and a generous serving of caviar atop. The sweetness and creaminess of the prawn meat and cauliflower pannacotta were perfectly balanced, resulting in a dish that’s literally melting in your mouth.
Second course was Mackarel with Bonito sauce, potato and Miso mayo and white turnip. This dish is not only a treat to the eyes with its impeccable presentation but also a burst of flavours in every bite.
Next in line was a Sea Bass fillet combed, with homemade smoked mayo, fagotine stuffed with cuttlefish ragout, and lukewarm mussel salad with sweet and sour fish sauce. This is a very aromatic dish with a particular umami flavour.
For lovers of a bit heartier dishes, next was Beef with Ponzu gel, onion cream pearls, crispy fried celery and tender crispy lardo. Total knock-out of a dish! As if everything before this wasn’t amazing enough!
To clean the palette before the dessert we were served mango sorbet that was incredibly refreshing, seductive, delicious, playful, like a fruity explosion in the mouth, sweet, bitter and sour at the same time, and it literally cleaned our palette so good we were ready to taste the desserts without spoiling it with aftertastes.
The final dish of the evening was Chocolate, a beautiful combination of cocoa biscuit, chocolate Parfait, hot chocolate foam, raspberry sorbet and a touch of basil. It was a perfect full-bodied dessert, carefully layered to provide a superb dessert experience.
Throughout the evening we had a knowledgeable sommelier on hand to guide us through the wine pairing and explain why specific wine was chosen for a course we were having, what we must admit further enhanced the whole beast of a feast we had at 360 Dubrovnik.
We were truly blown away by this dinner, and the authentic flavours of each dish, the flawless presentation, and the imaginative ways of preparing and pairing ingredients. The texture of the food was surprising, interesting, amusing and very pleasing.
Do we have to say we recommend you book a table?! But be quick because those sell out very quickly.
Our apologies for the iPhone photos, the evening was just too good to waste it on taking pictures 🙂
