Red History Museum

Red History Museum is a unique interactive experience of art and history. With the help of new and old technologies, visitors can now explore and experience what it was like under the Yugoslav regime. Dive into the art, design, politics, secret agencies and the way of life of Yugoslav socialism, which was reigning in Croatia for nearly 50 years. Explore history in an interactive way, shop for the popular drinks and sweets of the time, like Cockta and Pipi, the Yugoslavian version of Cola and Fanta, or the hardest bonbon in the world „Bronhi“. Check out and try out „Yugo“, the best worst car ever! and so much more…They feature a small gift shop so you can choose from a number of unique souvenirs to take with you. Red History Museum is located within an old socialist factory, which itself is a rare example of the industrial architecture of the time.
